We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our wealth management team. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly relationship-oriented, and possesses strong expertise in investment products, wealth structuring, and private banking services
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust, discretion, and performance.
- Identify client financial goals and provide customized wealth management solutions, including investment advisory, portfolio management, insurance planning, and financial structuring.
- Proactively engage clients through regular reviews, market updates, and strategic planning discussions.
- Collaborate closely with internal investment specialists, insurance advisors, and financial planners to ensure a seamless and holistic client experience.
- Stay current with market trends, regulatory developments, and financial products to provide informed and strategic advice.
- Contribute to new client acquisition through referrals, networking, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, insurance, private banking, or wealth management.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager within a bank or financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management strategies, and private banking services.
- An established portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients is essential or highly advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as those from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) are considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential client information.
