About the Client:

A leading wealth management firm with a strong reputation for integrity, transparency, and client-first values. The firm partners with top regional and international banks, providing its team with full access to banking infrastructure and investment solutions, ensuring seamless client servicing and business development opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to transition into the independent wealth management space, working directly with senior private bankers to learn the business model, develop client relationships, and build your own book of clients under expert mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior Relationship Managers to acquire and onboard HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Support in client portfolio management, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationship building.
  • Assist in developing tailored investment and banking solutions for clients in collaboration with partner banks.
  • Manage client documentation, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and events to expand business opportunities.
  • Gradually build and manage your own book of clients with full access to EAM infrastructure and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience as a Relationship Manager / Priority Banking / Premier Banking officer in a reputable financial institution.
  • Proven track record in client servicing, relationship building, and new client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of wealth products, investment solutions, and banking services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, and motivation to grow within a performance-driven environment.
