We are looking for a Relationship Officer / or Senior Relationship Officer to join our company with the following qualifications and skills:
Main Responsibilities:
- Marketing lease / finance products to new and existing customers.
- Visiting customers inside and outside the city.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with customers and suppliers to optimize efficiency and customer care levels.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and increase company's visibility in the market.
- Obtain the required documentation from clients to initiate the credit analysis process.
- Negotiate deals with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain customer files up to date.
- Follow up on collection with customers.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in a financing company.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business administration or finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and appropriately.
- Ability to work under pressure.
