CreditMarket.ae is a multi-bank financial distribution and advisory platform affiliated with leading UAE banks and fintech institutions. We provide retail and SME customers with access to credit cards, personal loans, bank accounts, mortgage solutions, and structured funding options under a compliant and performance-driven model.
We are expanding our retail banking vertical and looking for high-performing Relationship Officers to drive Credit Card and Personal Loan sales across the UAE market.
Role Purpose
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for sourcing, advising, and closing Credit Card and Personal Loan products from leading UAE banks. The role requires strong market knowledge, compliance discipline, and the ability to generate consistent monthly closures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Source new customers for Credit Cards and Personal Loans.
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, networking, field visits, and digital channels.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
2. Client Advisory
- Assess customer eligibility and recommend suitable bank products.
- Explain product features, interest rates, fees, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Provide ethical and transparent advisory aligned with bank compliance standards.
- Guide clients through the end-to-end application process.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation collection.
- Conduct KYC verification and preliminary eligibility checks.
- Adhere strictly to UAE banking regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Avoid mis-selling and maintain proper customer disclosures.
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with bank relationship managers and internal operations team.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and status updates professionally.
5. Reporting & Governance
- Update CRM and sales tracking systems daily.
- Submit performance reports as required.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and governance reviews.
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years UAE banking sales experience (Credit Cards / Personal Loans preferred).
- Strong understanding of UAE banking policies and credit norms.
- Proven monthly sales track record.
- Existing client database/network is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and target-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working with UAE DSAs or direct bank payroll.
- Multilingual skills (English + Hindi/Urdu/Arabic preferred).
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
