Job Description

The Relationship Officer's responsibilities include analyzing client data, contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.

A successful Relationship Officer has good analytics skills in addition to excellent communication skills and sales abilities. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

  • Analyze user activity and loss rate to identify trends and take proactive measures for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with users, earning their trust and fostering engagement.
  • Gather user feedback, suggestions, and concerns, translating them into actionable insights for platform enhancement.
  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers using structured scripts to introduce products or services.
  • Address inquiries about the company's offerings, providing accurate and compelling information.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and guide them toward suitable solutions to drive conversions.
  • Monitor customer retention rates and implement strategies to enhance user loyalty.
  • Handle customer concerns and grievances professionally to uphold the company's reputation.
  • Exceed sales targets by taking an extra step to drive conversions and facilitate future sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and sales to track performance and gather useful insights.

Arabic & English Language.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Proven experience as a tele sales representative or in another sales/customer service role.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Excellent knowledge of English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
