Relationship Officer

Responsibilities

• Promote Islamic personal finance solutions to new and existing clients.
• Guide customers through application and approval processes.
• Meet monthly sales goals and ensure full compliance with banking and Sharia standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 12 years experience in sales or finance (banking background preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Islamic finance is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
