About the Role
We are looking for Relationship Officer Tele sales to ensure that allocated targets are consistently met while maintaining high service standards and promoting cross-selling of products.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote banking products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Submission of all records/documents are error free and accurate.
- Awareness of all products and provide information in an engaging manner to customers.
- Maintain effective business relationship with customers.
- Ensure proper handover in case of absence, for business continuity.
- Provide continuous market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product enhancement.
- Maximize cross sell of all banking products.
- Follow up on all customer conversions and ensure closure as per TAT to avoid any complaints.
- All leads and complaints to be closed within TAT as per SQ guidelines.
- Achieve or exceed monthly assigned sales targets.
- Follow scripts and ensure telephone etiquette as per SQ standards.
- Follow up closely on prospective leads for closure.
- Maintain Quality service by following organization standards and policies.
- Conform the requirements of RAKBANK's Quality Management System.
What You Should Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Sales in UAE market will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products.
