Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with buying and selling properties, and negotiating deals. If you're passionate about real estate and delivering excellent customer service, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.Client Consultations: Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide property recommendations.Show Properties:Organize and conduct property viewings for clients.Negotiate & Close Sales:Help clients negotiate prices and prepare contracts. Ensure smooth closings.Provide Market Insights:Stay informed on property trends, pricing, and competitive listings.Customer Service:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience (real estate experience is a plus)Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hands on CRM and property listing platforms Valid real estate license
