Reliability Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Reliability Manager. The Reliability Manager will oversee and enhance system reliability by developing and implementing maintenance strategies, identifying potential risks, and ensuring continuous improvement processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, the analysis of performance metrics, and the development of solutions to address systemic reliability challenges. The Reliability Manager will also contribute to documenting maintenance protocols and ensuring adherence to standards and safety measures.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in system reliability, risk management, and problem-solving methodologies
• Experience in developing maintenance strategies, analyzing performance data, and improving processes
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams remotely
• Proficiency with reliability tools, software, and data analysis techniques
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and process management skills
• Relevant certifications in reliability engineering or maintenance management are an advantage
• Experience in working within a mentorship-driven or educational support environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
