Reliability Manager

Role Description

The Reliability Manager role is a part-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of reliability improvement strategies to reduce downtime and optimize performance. Key responsibilities include analyzing data to identify trends, developing preventative maintenance programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address equipment reliability issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Additionally, you will oversee regular audits, evaluate equipment performance, and mentor and train team members on reliability best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in equipment reliability management, maintenance practices, and root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
• Proficiency in data analysis, troubleshooting, and using reliability-related software/tools to interpret performance metrics.
• Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and lead training sessions.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards within industrial or engineering environments.
• A degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a reliability or maintenance-related role in industrial, manufacturing, or similar sectors is highly beneficial.
• Capability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
