Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Religious Tourism Manager located in Giza. The Religious Tourism Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing religious tour packages, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Daily tasks include planning and organizing guided tours, collaborating with partners and service providers, managing bookings and reservations, and creating tailored itineraries. The role also involves overseeing marketing efforts aimed at promoting religious tourism and managing customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Guided Tours and Tourism Management
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Tourism Marketing
• In-depth knowledge of the Tourism industry
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related field
• +5 Years of experience in religious tourism is a MUST
