Relocation Consultan

Role Description The Relocation Consultant at LS LOGISTIC & TRANSPORT CI is a part-time remote role focused on supporting clients through every stage of their move. The consultant will assess client needs, provide guidance on housing and neighborhood options, and coordinate with real estate and property contacts to facilitate smooth transitions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual consultations, preparing relocation plans and timelines, advising on local services and amenities, and responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, tracking progress, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure timely and efficient relocation services. The consultant is expected to work independently, manage multiple client cases, and deliver clear, professional communication throughout the relocation process.
Qualifications

• Strong consulting and property consulting skills to assess needs, provide recommendations, and guide clients through relocation decisions.
• Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and ability to present information in a structured, user-friendly way.
• Customer service skills with a client-centered approach, ensuring responsive, respectful, and solution-oriented support.
• Knowledge of real estate fundamentals, housing options, lease terms, and local market considerations relevant to relocation.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access, strong time management, and self-organization skills.
• Experience in relocation, logistics, real estate, or related consulting roles is an advantage.
• Comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms for virtual consultations and documentation.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness when working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
