Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses. You will assist customers in resolving issues, track and follow up on customer requests, and maintain detailed records of interactions. Additionally, you will work to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience and providing support tailored to individual customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficient in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and managing client interactions
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and ability to communicate effectively across various channels
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work setting
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a remote capacity, is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus
