Job Title: Remote Data Entry & Administrative Specialist Support

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and MENA Region

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry & Administrative Specialist Support professional to assist with data management and administrative coordination across regional operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of records, supporting workflow processes, and maintaining efficient documentation systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within company databases, CRM systems, and operational platforms.

Review documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing.

Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve data issues promptly.

Maintain structured digital filing systems for organized recordkeeping and easy retrieval.

Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and summaries to support management and operational needs.

Provide administrative support including document preparation, inbox monitoring, scheduling assistance, and record tracking.

Assist with workflow coordination to ensure tasks are completed within established timelines.

Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and company policies.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.

One to three years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles.

Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, or Google Workspace tools.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or document management systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote setting.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home workspace.

Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting operations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.

Understanding of data privacy regulations and confidentiality standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote role supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The position requires self-motivation, accountability, and effective communication within a virtual team environment. Regular online meetings and performance reviews will be conducted.
