Job Title: Remote Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and MENA Region

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist to assist with data management and day-to-day administrative operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate recordkeeping, efficient processing of information, and smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of maintaining high accuracy standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, CRM systems, and internal platforms.

Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.

Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve data issues.

Maintain structured digital filing systems and ensure proper documentation storage.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for operational and management use.

Provide general administrative support including email management, document preparation, and record tracking.

Assist in coordinating workflows and ensuring tasks are completed within established deadlines.

Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.

One to three years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, or Google Workspace tools.

Experience with CRM or database systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home workspace.

Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting operations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.

Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position supporting teams and operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The role requires strong self-discipline, accountability, and effective communication within a virtual team structure. Regular online meetings and performance evaluations will be conducted.
