Job Title: Remote Data Entry & Records Processing Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry & Records Processing Coordinator to support our data management and records administration functions. This role is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining records while ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Records Processing
Accurately input, update, and maintain records within company databases and document management systems
Review incoming documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting
Process, categorize, and archive electronic records according to established procedures
Verify data consistency and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
Maintain organized digital filing systems and tracking logs
Quality Control and Compliance
Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and record integrity
Ensure adherence to company policies, retention schedules, and data security protocols
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Document processing activities and maintain clear audit trails
Administrative Coordination
Assist with generating reports and record summaries for management
Respond to internal and external requests for documentation in a timely manner
Support workflow tracking and monitor processing deadlines
Participate in virtual meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks
Operational Support
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate information flow

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
13 years of experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Experience using document management or cloud-based systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
