Job Title: Remote Data Entry Workflow Operations Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Data Entry Workflow Operations Analyst to support our data processing and operational workflow functions. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Data Integrity
Accurately input, update, and maintain data within internal databases and operational systems
Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Maintain organized digital documentation and tracking logs
Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support operational decision-making
Workflow Analysis and Optimization
Monitor data entry workflows to ensure timely processing and task completion
Analyze workflow metrics and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
Track key performance indicators related to data accuracy and turnaround times
Assist with system enhancements and data migration initiatives
Operational Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information flow

Respond to internal inquiries related to data processing or workflow status
Provide updates to leadership on operational performance and improvement efforts
Compliance and Quality Assurance

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
13 years of experience in data entry, operations support, or workflow coordination
Strong typing skills with exceptional accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience using CRM, ERP, or workflow management systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
