The Role
We are seeking a results-oriented, high-energy Remote HR Recruiter based anywhere in the world to help scale our network of technicians across the USA. Thi is a high-impact, full-time role designed for an early-career professional who excels at high volume sourcing and international communication. You will be the face of the company for hundreds of American contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to End US Recruitment: Post job ads, source, and screen candidates for technician roles across various US states.
- High-Volume Interviewing: Conduct frequent initial screenings and interviews via Zoom/Phone to vet technical skills and reliability.
- Onboarding: Manage HR documentation and guide new hires through the onboarding and training process to ensure they are ready for the field.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our HR systems and track daily/weekly recruitment KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the US operations team to meet aggressive hiring quotas and fill service gaps in real-time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months in HR/Recruitment is a must. Note: This role is specifically designed for early level professionals (maximum 2 years of experience).
- Language: Must have C1 or C2 English proficiency. You must be comfortable and confident speaking with US-based contractors daily.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Zoom, ATS systems, and remote collaboration tools (Whatsapp, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Mindset: A people-person with strong organizational skills and the discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability: Must be able to align strictly with US time zones
