We are a trusted recruitment partner connecting top talent with international organizations. On behalf of a leading international software company, we are looking for an experienced Global Account Manager based in Egypt, to join the team in a full-time, remote role.

About the Role

As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with international clients, ensuring long-term partnerships, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will act as the main point of contact for key global accounts, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored software solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with global enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international accounts.
  • Understand client business needs and translate them into effective software solutions.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and account reviews for stakeholders.
  • Resolve client issues proactively and ensure high retention rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within the software or technology sector.
  • Proven experience managing international or global accounts.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, global environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
