Remote IT Technician

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Remote IT Technician based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The IT Technician will handle technical support requests, resolve troubleshooting issues, and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems. The role involves providing timely customer service, offering IT training to users, and collaborating with team members to enhance our technical infrastructure and support processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Information Technology to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Experience providing Technical Support and ensuring the functionality of IT systems and devices.
• Effective Customer Service and communication skills to interact with clients and address their technical needs.
• Ability to provide Training to team members and users on IT systems and tools.
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and hybrid work environments is a plus.
• Relevant IT certifications or a degree in Information Technology or related field is an advantage.
