• Build relationships with future sellers
• Book quality appointments for closers
• Call new leads fast
• Make 100+ calls per day
• Keep the CRM clean
• Give yourself feedback and learn daily

YOU'RE A FIT IF:

COMPENSATION:

• $1,200 to $2,500 USD per month (breakdown below)
• $1,100 USD per month base
• 2% commission on closed deals
• $100 bonus for each deal under contract

MUST HAVES:

• Strong English
• Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed
• 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST + shared after hours and weekend coverage
