We are scaling aggressively and looking for a high-performance Remote Sales Supervisor based in the Philippines to lead and optimize a distributed team of 50+ sales agents selling 800CarGuru products via cold calling.
This is not a passive management role. You will directly impact revenue, enforce performance discipline, and build a repeatable sales engine.
What You'll Own- Drive daily execution and KPI adherence across full-time and part-time agents
- Monitor and improve call quality, conversion rates, and sales scripts
- Act as the operational bridge between the International Sales Manager and remote agents
- Resolve day-to-day blockers impacting agent performance
- Coach agents in real-time to close more deals
- Lead performance reviews, accountability systems, and reporting
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales agents when needed
What Success Looks Like- Consistent improvement in conversion rates and revenue per agent
- High discipline and KPI compliance across the team
- Reduced churn and faster ramp time for new hires
- Strong alignment between strategy (management) and execution (agents)
Requirements- Proven experience managing remote sales or call center teams (preferably 20+ agents)
- Strong background in cold calling / outbound sales environments
- Deep understanding of sales KPIs, coaching frameworks, and performance management
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
- Ability to operate with high ownership and minimal supervision
- Based in the Philippines (remote)
