We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arabic speaking Senior Software Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English. As a Senior Software Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving software projects in an agile environment, creating user stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and acting as a reference for the business, similar to a Product Owner.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
Minimum Experience/Skills Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Software Business Analyst with a focus on data analysis, integration, and agile projects.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment, with the ability to create detailed user stories and BRDs.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), data integration techniques, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to act as a Product Owner, making critical decisions and prioritizing tasks to align with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in analyzing data from various sources such as Excel, SQL databases, and other data systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with data integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) or ETL tools.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data migration techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
