Job Description:

• Manage contract or subscription renewals, negotiating terms, retaining customers, and ensuring continuity of services.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional corporate services where applicable (e.g., visas, amendments, office solutions).
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned client portfolios.
• Update management on pipeline, completed renewals, and at-risk accounts.

Qualifications:

• Must have own car and valid driver's license
