Handles follow ups with existing clients and updating status on the CRM (ZOHO)
Educate clients with information related to payments, amendments, activities, eligibilities, rules, terms and conditions.
Follows up all renewal clients by phone call and emails As per Renewal Process and Business Rules.
Achieves monthly renewal KPI targets and CRM management for Renewal
Product knowledge and Services to upsell and generate revenue
Provides daily/ Weekly and Monthly report on the number of renewals completed
Coordinates between Revenue, Compliance team and Operations Team to facilitate clients requirements.
Actively involved in delivering excellent sales/customer service to the client during the process of renewals
Maintains high conversion rates as per KPI
Provides straight forward, transparent and accurate information related to the requirements of the client.
Provides supports to clients (if needed) related to applying the renewal in the portal
Works closely and maintaining strong and mutually beneficial relations between the Free Zone Authority and its channel partners.
