The team focuses on making business setup and expansion in the Middle East smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, helping clients build sustainable operations in the region.

Role Description The Renewals Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing and coordinating business license renewals and related compliance activities for Bizvisor's clients. Day-to-day tasks include tracking renewal deadlines, preparing and submitting documentation, liaising with free zone authorities and government departments, and ensuring timely completion of all renewal processes.

Only experienced candidates will be shortlisted for the interview.

Applicants must have:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with new business incorporation and trade license renewals.
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE freezone portals and the ability to navigate them efficiently.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A valid UAE residence visa (self-sponsored or independently sponsored)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in license renewals, PRO services, or business setup support within the UAE, preferably in a consultancy or corporate services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, free zone and mainland licensing procedures, and government portals relevant to business renewals.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain requirements clearly, manage expectations, and maintain professional relationships.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple renewals and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or workflow management tools; ability to maintain structured records and reports.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate within a team, and adapt to evolving regulations and processes.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field preferred.
