Job Title: Sales Advisor – Car Rental Experience

Pay: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive car rental sales, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role suits a proactive, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and target potential customers (corporate and individual) to promote rental services
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Present rental packages, promotions, and services effectively
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable rental solutions
- Ensure smooth booking processes, including coordination for vehicle delivery and return
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports (leads, pipeline, performance, feedback)
- Provide insights to management on customer preferences and improvements
Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fleet, rental policies, and promotions
- Stay informed about industry updates and trends
Collaboration
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
- 2–5 years of proven experience in the car rental industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service practices
- Familiarity with Speed System software and sales tools
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Language
- Fluent in English
- Professional proficiency in Arabic (strongly preferred)
