We're looking for ambitious Rental Agents who are ready to build their own pipeline, control their earning potential, and grow in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

YOUR TARGET

3–5 active rental listings every month

Generate your own landlord & tenant leads

Use calls, social media, portals & networking

Conduct property viewings

Build strong landlord & tenant relationships

Negotiate confidently

Close deals and manage the process through handover

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want hungry, self-driven and target-focused agents who are serious about building a career in Dubai real estate.

Dubai real estate / residential leasing experience preferred

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Confident and target-driven

Good knowledge of Dubai communities & rental market

Ability to generate your own leads

Valid RERA/BRN – preferred

Fluent English

Arabic | Hindi | Urdu | Russian & other languages are a plus

2-MONTH PERFORMANCE TRIAL

The role starts with a 2-month performance trial period.

There is no fixed salary during the trial period. Earnings are based on the deals you successfully close.
