Rental Coordinator - Galadari International Technical Services -

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for the rental industry Galadari International Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled Rental Coordinator to join our team in Dubai / Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales operations by preparing quotations, reservations, rental agreements, delivery notes, and exchange notes.
  • Handle invoicing, petty cash, and other relevant financial metrics.
  • Support the Business Manager by generating periodic management reports, including fleet utilization and financial reports.
  • Work closely with Fleet Management Operations to monitor and record fleet-related matters such as registration renewals and insurance dues.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing credit applications, reconciling POs and AP invoices, and performing regular check runs.
  • Ensure the integrity of accounting data by verifying accounts, reconciling transactions, and investigating discrepancies.
  • Assist with annual audits and quarterly reviews by preparing schedules, pulling invoices, and other necessary tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in rental operations or sales coordination.
  • Proficient in handling invoicing, petty cash, and other financial tasks.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of double-entry accounting and a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • UAE Driving License is essential as travel may be required.
