Rental Customer Service Agent

Job Responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers and respond to their inquiries regarding equipment rentals.
2. Manage bookings, prepare rental agreements, and ensure all customer and booking details are accurate.
3. Coordinate with the team to prepare, hand over, and receive rental equipment.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or the rental industry.
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
3. Basic knowledge of cameras, photography, filmmaking, or production equipment.
