This is a full-time on-site role for a Rental Sales Agent located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, Egypt. The Rental Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with their car rental needs, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key tasks include processing rental agreements, providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and promoting additional services or products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. The Rental Sales Agent will be an integral part of delivering exceptional service in line with Avis Budget Egypt's high standards.

• Experience in Car Rental services and a strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and prioritizing Customer Satisfaction.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Sales skills with a track record of promoting services and upselling where applicable.
• Proficiency in handling reservations and working with booking systems is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, Egypt.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; English language skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in the automotive or mobility industry is beneficial.
