Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rental Sales Agent based in 5th Settlement, Park Street The Rental Sales Agent will manage car rental bookings, assist customers with their inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive rental experience. The role includes handling reservations, promoting additional services, resolving customer issues, and achieving sales targets. The agent will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring vehicles are prepared for clients in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Car Rental and knowledge of related processes
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales abilities, including upselling and meeting sales targets
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in the automotive or rental services industry is advantageous
