Job Summary:
You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, promoting rental car services, and learning the fundamentals of the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer inquiries about rental services, pricing, and vehicle options.
- Provide basic information on terms, conditions, and rental procedures.
- Assist in the rental reservation process by inputting customer information accurately.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into reservations.
- Collaborate with experienced Rental Sales Agents to understand customer needs.
- Acquire knowledge of the rental fleet, features, and available options.
- Provide customers with information on additional products and services.
- Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and company policies.
- Assist in completing rental agreements and related documentation.
- Learn and follow established procedures for efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth rental process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Work collaboratively with experienced agents to gain insights and skills.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can communicate in English. Arabic and other language is a plus.
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Interest in the automotive or rental industry.
- Valid UAE driver's license or the ability to obtain one.
