Rental Sales Agent

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Rental Agent to join our growing car rental team in Dubai.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and understand their travel and vehicle requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and convert enquiries into rental bookings.
• Handle walk-in, phone, online, broker, and aggregator reservations.
• Prepare rental/leasing agreements and verify customer documentation.
• Maximize revenue through upselling CDW/SCDW, GPS, child seats, additional drivers, upgrades, and other extras.
• Conduct vehicle handovers and return inspections, including mileage, fuel, and damage checks.
• Process payments, security deposits, refunds, and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Handle customer complaints, booking changes, extensions, and disputes professionally.
• Contact customers before due dates to arrange extensions and collect payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding balances.
• Work confidently with TARS, AUH Police System, rental aggregators, and broker platforms.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in car rental, leasing, automotive, hospitality, travel, or customer-facing sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A proven ability to sell, upsell, and achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE roads and locations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle contracts, payments, and customer accounts.
• Experience with TARS and rental aggregator/broker platforms is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the AUH Police System is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Professional, energetic, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
