To support furniture rental operations by managing permits, logistics, documentation, invoicing, and client coordination across UAE and KSA markets.
Main Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process permits, manpower documents, and site access requirements.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, trucks, warehouse requests, and manpower allocation.
- Communicate with clients for delivery details, timings, documents, and approvals.
- Support Sales with quotation preparation when required.
- Support Sales with invoice preparation, delivery note issuance, and payment status follow-ups.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and admin records.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Adobe skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, proactive, confident, and able to handle pressure.
- Ability to work with multinational teams.
Work Conditions
- Fast-paced environment with extended hours when needed.
- Weekend work may be required.

- You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
