Job Summary:
CDHorizon is seeking an experienced Rental Sales Specialist to lead and expand its Oil & Gas division within the UAE. The role is responsible for managing rental operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring fleet utilization, and maintaining strong relationships with Oil & Gas clients, EPC contractors, and government entities while ensuring compliance with UAE safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end rental operations for heavy construction equipment used in Oil & Gas projects, including earthmoving equipment, AWP, generators, and specialized machinery.
- Develop and execute rental strategies to maximize fleet utilization, profitability, and market penetration within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and government clients across the UAE.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, tenders, and long-term rental agreements in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure timely mobilization, equipment readiness, and compliance with Oil & Gas safety standards.
- Monitor rental KPIs including utilization rate, revenue, downtime, and asset performance.
- Oversee fleet planning, including equipment selection, deployment, and lifecycle management specific to Oil & Gas applications.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, ADNOC standards, and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the rental and operations team to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitors activities, and emerging Oil & Gas project requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 58 years of experience in heavy equipment rental, with strong exposure to Oil & Gas projects in the UAE.
- Proven experience managing rental fleets for Oil & Gas, infrastructure, and energy sector projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in tenders, contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent understanding of UAE Oil & Gas HSE standards and operational requirements.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and rental management tools.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
