Repair and Maintenance Technician - Completion - Emirati

Job Description

Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of completion tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness and reliability. Operate and maintain workshop equipment, including torque bucking units, pressure test bays, and other completion service equipment. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment testing, and accurate service documentation while complying with Weatherford procedures and HSE standards.

This is a technical role requiring a competent technician who can safely handle specialized equipment. .

Skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of repair and maintenance experience, preferably with completion tools or oil and gas equipment
• Experience operating and maintaining workshop equipment, including torque bucking units and pressure test bays
• Ability to safely handle, inspect, and maintain specialized completion equipment
• Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation
