Repair and Return Specialist- Qatar

Program Overview

The Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program supports a Foreign Military Sales program for QEADF.

The program provides Patriot air defense logistics and training support and maintains a customer-focused operating relationship.

Workplace and Schedule

• The role is designated onsite.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate the repair and return cycle for failed material and provide warehouse logistics support.
• Communicate across maintenance and logistics operations and assist with audit preparation.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, failed material, repairs, and related metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Total Asset Visibility processes and automated logistics control procedures.
• Develop depot repair material lists and manage procurement, funding, and delivery.
• Provide weekly leadership reports and manage customer CDRL deliverables.
• Present in program reviews, customer meetings, and repair status meetings.
• Support manufactured repairs with cross-business teams.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of logistics-related experience in warehouse operations or production control.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, decision-making, and adaptability in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Ability to articulate software and tool requirements and present to leadership.
• Experience with WEBFLIS, PUBLOG, or similar software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent related professional experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance.
• Critical and creative thinking with quantifiable results in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with multicultural workforces and leading organizational change.
• Raytheon CORE Certification, or ability to become certified within one year.
• Experience with import/export compliance and depot repair or performance-based logistics programs.
• Experience reporting project status and technical requirements to customers.
• Experience developing and reporting spares availability and hardware failure metrics.
• Experience with ALCS or similar computerized logistics management systems.
  
  

Compensation

• The stated salary range is USD 68,900 to USD 131,100.
