We are actively looking for an Inventory Replenishment Analyst to join our Commercial team,
Core Responsibilities:
- Support demand planning and replenishment activities across assigned categories.
- Provide data and recommendations for baseline, promotional, new item, and seasonal forecasts.
- Ensure inventory availability through effective replenishment planning and supply scheduling.
- Manage stock levels across stores and distribution centers through ordering and allocation activities.
- Optimize replenishment and allocation system settings to support inventory targets.
- Manage purchase order creation, scheduling, and supplier delivery follow-up.
- Plan stock allocations and monitor on-time fill rates.
- Support the reduction and reallocation of aged, overstock, and clearance inventory.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in electronics retail, with good knowledge of products, brands, and market dynamics.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong systems and tools aptitude with the ability to quickly learn ERP and technical applications.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
