Reports to: VP – Sales & Marketing

Experience: 5+ years (Telecom preferred)

Budget: AED 6000 - 8,000/month

We're looking for a Reporting & Analysis Specialist to own the data engine behind our Local Business Management (LBM) program across all zones.

What you'll own:

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze sales & operational data from Elite, Prime, Business Direct & Hunting teams across all zones

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) that leadership actually uses

• Deliver regular + ad-hoc management reports with KPIs, trends, and variances

• Conduct customer engagement analysis to surface behavior trends and revenue opportunities

• Spot patterns, surface risks & opportunities, and recommend strategic moves

• Partner with Sales Planning, Products, and Area Managers to align on reporting needs and data integrity

• Champion best practices in data quality, governance, and reporting standards

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's in Business / Statistics / Data Science / Information Systems (or related)

5+ years in reporting, analysis, or BI (telecom = strong plus)

Power BI or Tableau + Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA)

Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales Planning / Products / Area Managers

Killer attention to detail + a storyteller's communication skills

Comfortable presenting to VP-level leadership and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights

Thrives independently in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
