Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
Over 3 years in reporting, data visualization, or dashboard development, with at least 2 years using ServiceNow.
Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting tools (Performance Analytics, List Reports, Report Designer), data modeling, and SQL; scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) is a plus.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred; ITIL Foundation is a plus.
