The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.
Manages and coordinates a range of PMO and Project Controls services to support designated projects within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Manage PMO and Project Controls performance on assigned commissions under senior mentorship.
  • Implement PMO and Project Controls frameworks and strategies effectively across projects.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting, performance reviews, and delivery of key insights.
  • Recommend and develop methodologies, including Earned Value Management.
  • Integrate PMO disciplines, ensuring alignment of risk management and planning.
  • Drive consistency with Mace Control Centre standards, client requirements, and legislation.
  • Provide technical expertise while supporting Mace's net zero carbon transition goals.

You'll need to have:

  • 15+ years major programme leadership with proven team development.
  • Advanced technical mastery, shaping standards, processes, and performance.
  • Strong stakeholder influence with clear, confident communication.
  • Analytical, detailfocused, adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
