Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the reporting and analytics function within the Project Controls team, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for project stakeholders.
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics using tools such as Power BI, Primavera, or other enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Cost Control, Risk, and Construction teams to integrate data and provide holistic project performance insights.
  • Ensure reporting aligns with client and internal governance requirements, including earned value analysis, progress tracking, and variance reporting.
  • Manage and mentor a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support executive management with ad-hoc analyses, forecasts, and strategic reporting initiatives.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation in reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls and reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects (transportation, utilities, energy, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Primavera P6, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, earned value management, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
