Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the reporting and analytics function within the Project Controls team, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for project stakeholders.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics using tools such as Power BI, Primavera, or other enterprise reporting platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Cost Control, Risk, and Construction teams to integrate data and provide holistic project performance insights.
- Ensure reporting aligns with client and internal governance requirements, including earned value analysis, progress tracking, and variance reporting.
- Manage and mentor a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Support executive management with ad-hoc analyses, forecasts, and strategic reporting initiatives.
- Drive automation and digital transformation in reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls and reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects (transportation, utilities, energy, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Primavera P6, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, earned value management, and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
