Required Senior Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader

Location: Kuwait

Position Summary

The Senior Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader is responsible for leading and supervising cleaning teams delivering residential and commercial cleaning services. The role ensures that all cleaning projects at homes, apartments, villas, offices, and commercial premises are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The supervisor is responsible for planning daily work, training junior staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring proper use of equipment and cleaning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
• Lead and supervise junior cleaning staff on all assigned projects.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Ensure team members follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and junior cleaners.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections before leaving each project.
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professional conduct among staff.
• Residential & Commercial Cleaning
  
  

Supervise And Participate In Cleaning Services For

• Houses and apartments.
• Villas.
• Offices and corporate premises.
• Retail shops.
• Warehouses and storage facilities.
• Schools, clinics, and other commercial properties.
• Move-in and move-out cleaning.
• Deep cleaning and post-renovation cleaning.
• Project Management
• Plan and organize daily cleaning schedules.
• Ensure projects are completed within the allocated time.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
• Handle urgent customer requests and schedule changes.
• Report project completion to the Operations Manager.
• Quality Control
• Inspect all completed work before customer handover.
• Ensure cleaning standards meet company requirements.
• Resolve quality issues immediately.
• Follow up on customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Maintain consistent service quality across all projects.
• Customer Service
• Greet customers professionally and explain the work plan.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Handle customer questions and minor complaints professionally.
• Escalate major issues to management when necessary.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Equipment & Inventory
• Ensure proper use of cleaning machines, tools, and chemicals.
• Monitor inventory levels and request additional supplies when required.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment promptly.
• Health & Safety
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Verify that all staff wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Train staff in the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report accidents, incidents, or hazards immediately.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment.
• Administrative Duties
• Record staff attendance and punctuality.
• Prepare daily job completion reports.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Report customer feedback, incidents, and operational issues.
• Assist management with staff evaluations and performance reviews.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Certificate or training in cleaning services, facilities management, or housekeeping is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional cleaning experience.
• At least 1–2 years of experience supervising cleaning teams.
• Valid driving licence is preferred.
