Role Description The Resale Agent (Real Estate) role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo (District 5). The agent will handle property resale transactions, including listing properties, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new listings, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to finalize agreements. The role requires preparing and presenting property information, negotiating offers in line with company policies, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience for all parties. Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional presentation abilities.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience in closing deals, handling objections, and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple property listings, client appointments, and documentation efficiently.
• Basic understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation principles, and local regulations in New Cairo or surrounding areas.
• Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, update property information, and manage client pipelines.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in District 5, New Cairo, with flexibility to work overtime when required.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
