What You'll Be Doing

• Become the go-to specialist for your assigned Abu Dhabi communities.

• Build your own portfolio of quality resale listings.
• Connect with property owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Understand what clients actually want and match them with the right opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver confident property presentations.
• Provide market insights and property valuations backed by real data.
• Prospect, network, and create new business opportunities.
• Keep your listings, leads, and opportunities organized and updated through the company CRM.
• Follow up, negotiate, overcome objections, and turn opportunities into closed deals.
• Manage your transactions professionally from first conversation to final signature.
• Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Hit your targets, grow your portfolio, and keep raising the bar.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for energy, ambition, professionalism, and a sales mindset — not just a job title on your CV.

• A minimum oh 1 year Experience in real estate, sales, business development, luxury retail, hospitality, banking, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident speaking with clients and building relationships.
• Fluent English, Arabic, additional languages are a big plus.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and earn.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable creating your own opportunities.
• Professional, client-focused, and commercially minded.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, property portals, social media, and digital sales tools.
• UAE driving license and access to a car are preferred.
• Brokerage license is preferred.
