Role Description The Resale Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for leading and growing the resale portfolio for residential and investment properties. This role includes overseeing a team of sales agents, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and conversion goals. The Resale Sales Manager will conduct property valuations, manage client consultations, and guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction cycle with a focus on trust and transparency. Day-to-day tasks involve maintaining an updated pipeline of resale listings, coordinating viewings, negotiating offers, and collaborating with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth closings. The role also includes market analysis, competitor tracking, and contributing to sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and client relationship management to strengthen JUSQ Estate's resale business.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in real estate sales and resale management, including experience with residential and investment properties.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing techniques, with a focus on trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Skills in market research, pricing analysis, and property valuation to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in leading and coaching sales teams, setting performance goals, and implementing sales processes.
  • Ability to use CRM systems, basic office software, and digital tools to manage pipelines, documentation, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in en_US, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to clients.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work on-site in New Cairo and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a real estate brokerage or property consultancy is highly beneficial; a relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
