Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Resale Team Leader. The Resale Team Leader will oversee and guide a team of real estate agents towards achieving sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and foster relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include managing property listings, ensuring accurate documentation, identifying potential opportunities, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders to drive successful property resale transactions.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in resale properties, with expertise in sales strategies and market analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, property management tools, and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector, with a focus on resale properties, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
