Role Responsibilities:
- Research and development: Conduct research to identify new product opportunities and stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Design and prototyping: Create, design, and develop new products, processes, or technologies, and build and test proof-of-concept prototypes.
- Testing and analysis: Design and execute experimental testing protocols, then analyze and interpret complex test data.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to bring new ideas to life.
- Documentation: Develop technical specifications, document research findings, and write clear and structured reports.
- Compliance and intellectual property: Ensure that new products comply with industry standards and regulations, and contribute to intellectual property development by documenting discoveries and filing patent applications.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field is typically required.
