Research And Development Manager (Biscuits Plant)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the R&D team and drive innovation initiatives

- Develop new products from concept to commercialization

- Improve existing products and manufacturing processes

- Manage R&D projects, timelines, and budgets

- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and other functions

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering / chemistry / Materials Science or related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in R&D or Technical roles

- At least 5 years in a managerial position

- Strong experience in product development and process optimization

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
